The grading done by the original contractor at our house was a joke and left us with a ton on drainage issues. Cory's team came in and transformed my driveway and backyard with all the cut dirt. The job was to level the backyard and to pour a 30x40x4 concrete pad for metal building. I tired serval companies to quote the job. Most companies did not show up and if they did, the job was too small. It was recommended to try Heldapay. Best thing I could have done. Cory was very informative and knew exactly how to do what I needed. Once we agree to do it, Cory took over. He handle everything and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. Cory took good care of me yesterday. 5 ⭐️. I got an area I park my work trucks graded and graveled. Since I park my trucks there I was worried about it taking a long time to complete and not having a place to park my trucks. Corey and his crew came over and had it knocked out by the end of the day. Cory's crew was great! Very hard working and friendly! I posted on a local FB group asking for help getting a very large tree removed that was partially cut down by another company that left me high and dry when the work got hard. I needed it done within 48 hours to list the house for sale and was desperate. Cory reached out and said he had a crew available the next morning and gave me a price just seeing photos. The crew arrived right on time and getting out of the truck said "holy mackerel that's a big tree", I was worried they'd leave too but they didn't. He asked about an outlet to sharpen thier chainsaws and got to work. Within an hour the tree was down, moved, and they were cleaning up the yard. I warned them there was a well line near where they were working. He immediately responded he would not drive over it and gave it a very wide breadth. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't even disturb the grass. I appreciated thier quick response and careful attention to detail. I will definitely be working with them again!
